Problem:
Customer wanted a system that would test the failure point on a leaf spring.
Solution:
Put a controller on an old mechanical & hydraulic test stand. The controller cycles the spring from the min to max flexure points. When the spring fails the controller senses the force changes and maps it with the number of cycles in a central database.
