The Desna VersaBatch™ and VersaBatch Lite™ are a versatile, efficient control system, cost effective for small concrete operations, and powerful for large scale projects. It stores inventories, tracks product usage, and gives full reports – interfacing completely with office networks for quick data transfers. The operator selects the mix design, quantity, truck, and production starts: five steps from start to finish! Complete automation allows rapid and efficient production without sacrificing user control. Desna VersaBatch™ System

Advantages:

  • The VersaBatch™ uses a PLC to execute all batching processes and an industrial PLC touch screen for all manual control. A PC running the automatic batching program is used for automatic batching.

  • The Desna VersaBatch™ offers full automation of the ingredient mixing process: from aggregates and cement aeration to admixtures and safety interlocks.

    • Automatic split-batching allows mixes requiring more than the plant’s maximum capacity of ingredients.
    • Full manual override for all automated systems and on the-fly adjustment of mix proportions ensures that the user always has full control.

  • Speed and accuracy is easily adjusted by the operator:

    • Free falls, jog start times, ingredient start delays (including a separate discharge delay for air entrainment) and more can all be easily adjusted.

  • The VersaBatch™ prints out batch tickets on a printer and it also keeps track of batches completed and ingredient usage to meet any quality control requirements.
