Batch Pre-Cast System
Desna Precast Batch Control XP for Windows XP, is integrated with Hydronix™ for precise moisture control. Weighing up and Discharging are fully automated. Similiar to Desna Batch Control XP, the Precast version features mixer controls, and omits truck loading controls. Color system integration can be included for seamless operation between the color dispenser and the mixing system.

- PLC Based System for plants where MicroBatchII does not support enough hardware (ie. number of chemicals, number of cements, aggregates, etc.)
Desna Full Batch Pre-Cast System can be configured to operate the following:
- a mixer with 1 or more doors
- a skip hoist
- up to 8 aggregates
- up to 4 cements
- up to 12 admixtures
- up to 3 waters
- multiple call boxes with push buttons or touch panels
- large in plant scoreboard display of batching queue for finishers
- color dispenser control
- peripheral equipment (pipe machines, flying buckets, paving machines, palletizers etc.)
- wet or dry cast
