Pre-Cast System
Desna MicroBatchII Pre-cast system can be integrated with Hydronix™ for precise moisture control. Weighing up and Discharging are fully automated. Similiar to Desna MicroBatchII, the Pre-cast version features mixer controls, and omits truck loading controls. Color system integration can be included for seamless operation between the color dispenser and the mixing system. Can be used for both wet and dry cast operations.
Standard system specifications
Desna MicroBatchII Pre-Cast System can be configured to operate the following:
- a mixer with up to 2 doors
- a skip hoist
- up to 4 aggregates
- up to 3 cements
- up to 6 admixtures
- up to 2 waters
- one call box with push buttons
