SDS1 Fryer
Specification
The SDS1 is designed for a potato or corn chip frying applications. The entire process is electronically controlled in order to achieve optimal frying condition.
Oil is preheated in a frying tub to a preset temperature and maintains its temperature through the entire cooking cycle. Oil auto level control replenishes the tub as needed. Raw product is transported on a speed controlled conveyor for the best cooking results. Parameters of cooking process are stored in the logic controller to maintain constant cooking environment.
