Electronic valved bag filling machine TPLVB

Specification

This bag filling unit may be used for filling valved bags - with products such as cement powders etc. Size of bags varies from 15 - 50kg. Product discharged in to a bag suspended of filling nozzle. The filling nozzle is the scaling component of the bagging line. This system is simple to operate and requires minimal maintenance.

Output: 2.5 bpm

 

Electronic open top bag filling machine TPL

Specification

This bag filling unit is used for filling open top bags - with products such as dried and granule product - livestock feed etc. Size of bags varies from 15 - 50kg. Product is discharged in to a bag suspended from a scale at the end of filling augur. The Bag clamping assembly acts as a scale of the bagging line. This system is simple to operate and requires minimal maintenance.

Electronic bag filling machine TPLN

Specification

This bag filling unit is used for open top bag filling with loose product such as flour, dried livestock feed. This system incorporates an enclosed scale hopper pouring weight up charge into attached bag. The bag is then sewn or welded shut - depending on the application. For increased production and worker injury prevention a bag conveyor may be incorporated to transport filled bags to the sewing machine station and for paletizing. Bags up to 50 kg may be filled

Electronic Bulk Bag filling line TDVP

Specification

This weighing and bag filling line is designed specifically for a bulk bag filling application handling loose products such as granular materials, plastic pellets, grains, chemical powders etc.

Scaling component is the bag suspension frame to which bag straps are hooked. Screw filling mechanism delivers product in to the Bulk Bag at various flow rate to achieve accurate target weight. The filled bag is then raised and transported out of the area.

Production rate is up to 12 bags per hour.

For increased line output, multiple filling stations may be incorporated in to the filling augur line and bag handling may further be automated to expedite the filling

Specification

Material transport may include a screw mechanism or conveyor belts - depending on a product and application. Hard to handle material may be discharged in to a rubber wall scale hoppers to prevent sticking.

Specification

The continuous flow weighing system is designed for the measuring and flow control of free flowing products in applications such as flour mills. The scale is intended for a non Legal for Trade applications where 2% weight differential is acceptable.

The KVZ comes in 3 sizes 250, 450 and 1700 cubic feet per hour.

Electronic semi-continuous flow weighing system SVZ

Specification

quantities of material needs to be weighed in shortest time feasible. Used in Legal for Trade applications, for loading bulk trailers, train cars or ships.

The SVZ comes in 4 sizes based on a tonnage flow per hour - 10, 20, 80 and 120 tph.

Weigh-up of multiple ingredients in to a batch lot from numerous Bulk Bags is the designed goal of this machine. Structure suspended bags act as a product holding hoppers discharging contents in to a weigh hopper either via screw feeders, vibratory trays or conveyor belts.

Facilities requiring a higher volume of production may include a inching scale hopper on rails to receive a charge from individual bag stations.
