Specification
Vertical form / fill / seal machine HV1 with a screw doser DS1 is designed for medium volume facility packaging of fine ground or powder product in larger bags.
Bag is formed from a single roll of preprinted film, filled with a product from the screw dosing unit DS1 and sealed.
The electro pneumatic system is controlled by a PLC processor for optimal parameter setting. Minimal training is required to operate this equipment.
Optional time & date printer is available for production tracking purposes as is other optional equipment such as conveyors, hoppers, metal detectors which increase the bagging machine utilization. For more details please see below.
