Specification
Vertical form / fill / seal machine HV1 with a single pocket scale head DV1 is designed for low volume facility packaging of fine / coarse granular product.
Bag is formed from a single roll of preprinted film, filled with a product from the single scale head and sealed.
The electro pneumatic system is controlled by a PLC processor for optimal parameter setting. Minimal training is required to operate this equipment.
Optional time & date printer is available for production tracking purposes as is other equipment such as conveyors, hoppers, metal detectors which increase the bagging machine utilization. For more details please see below.

Specification

Same as the HV1 the bag is formed from a single roll of preprinted film, filled with a product from a twin scale head and sealed.
The fast acting electro pneumatic system is controlled by a PLC processor for optimal parameter setting. Basic training is required to operate this equipment.

HNXB
with Dosing Scales
Vertical form / fill / seal machine HNXB with a multiple dosing scales is designed for high volume facility, packaging of single portions of fine / coarse granular products. The individual pouch is made from a single roll of a film cut in to narrow strips corresponding to the number and size of forming collars of the machine.
Pouches then may be straight welded (pillow style) or cross welded as called for by the specifications. Selection of straight and cross welding is parameter settable from the machine control panel.
Output: Up to 40 cycles per minute x number of forming tubes
Maximum package sizes: Pillow weld 180mm long, Cross weld 90mm
